Last week, we partnered with Union Square Events to provide the rentals for an annual dinner for 1,000 guests at Delacorte Theater in Central Park, before the Gala performance of Women Of The Public.
As any Event Rental Specialist will tell you, a lot can happen from the time the truck leaves the warehouse to the time the first guest arrives, especially when our pink hippo trucks are delivering to a public location like Central Park.
Timing, traffic, the number of trucks, security, and having the skills to back a 20 foot truck into a tight loading area are all factors that come into play to set up an event like this one.
