Review the venue requirements

Once you have determined the itinerary, the guest count, and the date and time, you can begin searching for a venue if you haven’t done so already. Consider the location, size, COI requirements, and amenities (i.e. if there is a freight elevator) when considering the venue. 

For example, if the event is taking place in a city building or outdoors in a tented area, these things are helpful for us to know when adding special instructions during Checkout.
